Liquitex Gel Mediums
Gloss Gel Medium -  A heavy bodied transparent, gloss painting medium, excellent for texturing, glazes and brilliant impastos. An outstanding adhesive for collages.

Matt Gel Medium - A heavy bodied transparent gel medium. Retains brush marks.Mix with acrylics paint to improve color blending, extend paint volume and drying time. Excellent glue for collage.

Gloss Heavy Gel Medium - Extra heavy bodied, retains crisp brush strokes, dries glossy and transparent. Use for thick clear glazes, increasing depth of color or producing a brilliant gloss impasto color with oil-like drag. High ratio of gels lightens color, which returns to original state when pigments dry. Excellent binder for pigment and additives such as sand, stone etc. Permanent non-yellowing, flexible and water resistant when dry.

Gloss Super Heavy Gel Medium - Creates super thick, high peak textures in a high solids acrylic gel with good wet and dry clarity. Excellent for modeling and heavy textured surface, while it maintains clarity of any color with less shrinkage than competitive products.

Mixture of Gloss Super Heavy Gel and Colorwash ink spray

Slow-Dri Blending Gel - Mix with any Liquitex Acrylic color, medium or gel to slow drying and increase open time. For thinner applications, use Slow-Dri Fluid retarder.

Light Modeling Paste - A lightweight airy, flexible, thick, sculptural gel specifically formulated to be used in applications where weight is a factor. Permanent non-yellowing, rigid and water resistant when dry.

Modeling Paste

- A matte opaque preparation of marble dust and polymer emulsion. Dries slowly to a very hard surface, which can be carved and sanded. Use to build heavy textures and 3D forms and rigid supports. Add Liquitex Gel or Heavy Gel Medium for use on flexible supports. Permanent non-yellowing, rigid and water resistant when dry.
